Once again, Madrid Fusion Manila is back!
Last April 7-9, 2016, the second installment of the much awaited food exposition successfully happened in the SMX Convention Center. With the theme “The Manila Galleon: East Meets West”, this gastronomical adventure brought the finest and top-rated chefs in one roof, including world renowned Chef Joan Roca, Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa, Chef Leah Cohen and Philippines' pride Chef Tatung Sarthou.
This year's theme paid tribute and celebrated the 450th anniversary of the Galleon Trade that linked Asia with the Western World.
