The New Zealand embassy organized an exhibition that showcased, not only their best food and beverages but also the beautiful travel destinations and educational in the land of the kiwis. The event happened last May 20-22, 2016 at the Glorietta Activity Center.
“I think the political relationship with our two countries is in excellent shape… In the last five to seven years there has been an enormous increase in people-to-people contact,” Ambassador David Strachan said.
NZ Trade Commissioner for the country, Hernando Banal shares that 15 years ago, not many Filipinos would have known where New Zealand is. When you mention Anchor milk or Anchor butter, they usually connect that to snow-capped mountains, green fields, meadows and the dairy industry to New Zealand. But not today, thanks to kiwi movies, globalization and to the internet, you can get an instant overview to something in few clicks.
