The long wait is over. The biggest construction expo event in the country has arrived - the PhilConstruct 2014! But this year it's more special because this huge trade show is a celebration of its staggering silver anniversary of uniting the construction industry!
With thousands of participating exhibitors, from November 5-8, the 25th PhilConstruct Series happens simultaneously in three venues - SMX Convention Center, World Trade Center Metro Manila, and the Philippine Trade Training Center.
Opening Ceremony
Afternoon of November 5 2014, the opening ceremony started with a prayer then one-by-one, the VIPs and officials of the Philippine Constructors Association. They shared their brief thoughts about their past experiences and exciting journey during the first few years of Philconstruct, along with HVAC-R. Finally, the throwing off of the confetti signals the official opening!
The kick-off ceremony continues as the PhilConstruct officials visited the exhibit booths of the participating sponsor companies.

After the opening ceremony, I grabbed the chance to enjoy the expo event and took some photos of different trade show stands .
A-Plus All Weather, which is known for their architectural and industrial paints and coatings, has a three-sides open exhibit booth and integrated a wide LED monitor to present their promotional videos while the guests are assisted by their beautiful paint babe models.

At the exhibit booth of Stoneworks Specialist International Corp., there's an adorable playground equipment that will make you remember your childhood days. This is made of synthetic stone products, which is said that it's much stronger than a regular stone and can be shaped for designing.
At the wonderful city-styled trade show booth of Dunamis Power Generators, a trusted power generation company, you'll find samples of their efficient power generators.

Another trade show booth that stands out is this amazing green-themed trade show booth of Eagle Cement, wherein their ceiling is designed with Chinese lanterns, attached at their booth's trusses.
For basketball fans, I know you already know he is. For those who don't, PBA player Jeric Teng is also there to support his team Rain Or Shine.
Other paint companies like Rigid, Davies and Nippon Paint also have amazing exhibit stands.
Oppein, tagged as the largest cabinetry manufacturer in Asia, also joined this year's PhilConstruct. You can find high-quality yet fashionable cabinets for your house and assisted by the beautiful Ms.Christine Grace Co.

One cool integration of natural to contemporary design is in the exhibit stand of Daikin Airconditioning Philippines. They added two sets of Cherry Blossom plants to their modernized exhibit booth.
PhilConstruct 2014 in World Trade Center Metro Manila
After I enjoyed my PhilConstruct experience in SMX Convention Center, I extended my that day's journey in World Trade Center.
At the entrance of WTCMM, this huge balloon mascot of PhilConstruct welcomes the visitors.
I also noticed this cool innovative video game like simulation-based training for heavy equipment operators.
Inside the trade show hall of WTCMM, these gigantic trucks and tractors welcome my sight!
At the Cleamco Industrial Corporation, I found these two lovely blonde ladies. They are Tina and Avy Wells of Team Sisters in the recent Amazing Race Philippines Season 2.
Aside from the trucks and tractors, you'll also notice the beautiful and sexy models in the trade show booths in WTC.
